What Happens When You Call
We work as an independent insurance agency, which means no single insurer decides which plans you get to see. On the call we ask about your doctors, the medications you take, your budget and anyone who needs to be on the plan. Then we shop several insurance carriers and lay the results out side by side: premium, deductible, out-of-pocket maximum and whether your doctors are in network.
If your current plan still fits, we tell you so and point out the one setting worth adjusting, like a lower deductible or added dental coverage. If the network has shrunk or the premium jumped at renewal, we explain why a switch makes sense and walk you through enrollment. You never get a bill for the conversation. Our compensation comes from the insurer whose plan you end up picking, so the review itself costs you nothing. If you prefer to talk face to face, ask and we will set up a video meeting.
